The Adaptiv Advantage Vol. 1
What’s new at Adaptiv Integration?
It’s been a busy year so far. Not only do we have great new offices in Grey Lynn (complete with a wonderful outdoor area), but a brand new website for you to check out.
Our latest case study: Aiming high with Airbow
Determined to start their relationship with Placemakers off on the right foot, AIRBOW hit the mark with streamlined, efficient systems to record and automate all of the transactions between the two companies. Read their story here!
We’re looking forward to adding more customer stories to our website, so if you’re keen to share your Adaptiv project with the world, please let me know.
You’re invited to join us for pre-Christmas drinks
To celebrate (and yes, to show off!) our new offices, we’d like to invite you to join us on 28 November to enjoy some good company, craft beer and nibbles.
We’d like to introduce you to Dragos Buleandra, who joined us a Principal Consultant in September of this year.
As part of Adaptiv Integration’s technical leadership, Dragos is involved in every stage of client engagement. He works quickly and logically to achieve the best outcomes, without ever compromising quality or losing sight of the original requirements. An experienced IT professional with excellent architectural, development, technical and analytical skills, Dragos also excels in utilising middleware, enterprise, IVR, web-based and desktop applications. He’s consulted for a wide cross-section of leading companies, and has experience in the telecommunications, health, retail, manufacturing/distribution and utilities industries.
Dragos is equally comfortable taking an overall architectural role on a client project, or leading from the front to deliver complex and innovative solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Informatics and is also a MuleSoft Certified Architect, Developer and Integration and API Associate, as well as being a qualified Dell Boomi Architect and Developer. In his spare time, Dragos enjoys taking part in sports, outdoor activities, or simply relaxing with a good movie or listening to music.

Do you connect to SAP systems from Azure Logic Apps?
The earlier SAP Application Server and SAP Message Server connectors are scheduled for deprecation on November 30, 2019. The current SAP connector consolidates these previous SAP connectors so that you don't have to change the connection type, is fully compatible with previous connectors, provides many additional capabilities, and continues to use the SAP .Net connector library (SAP NCo). If you have logic apps that use the older connectors, you need to migrate to the latest connector before the deprecation date. Otherwise, these logic apps will experience execution failures and won't be able to send messages to your SAP system. Need some help updating your connector?
