Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the HR team with a specific focus on recruitment and providing HR support as and when needed. This is achieved through providing superior delivery and timely recruitment service that supports all levels of the business and the achievement of the company’s business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruitment and making continuous improvement in the delivery of recruitment. The successful individual will enjoy managing end-to-end recruitment, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bringing structure, energy, and sourcing expertise, that ensures a high-quality candidate experience, helping us maintain our high hiring standards. Position Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including but not limited to creation of position descriptions, advertising, candidate screening, organising interviews, coordinating testing, organising candidate documentation for managers, reference checking, coordinating the offer process, across multiple roles both technical and non-technical.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape effective hiring strategies.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels to build talent pipelines.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication and feedback between candidates and interviewers.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting via our applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing as needed.
- Creates and maintains accurate filing procedures for recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Manages a seamless and professional candidate recruitment experience through timely communication and updates.
- Assists in the preparation of offers of employment and assists with the onboarding process to facilitate preparation of all new starter documentation and system set-up.

Graduate Recruitment
- Support the delivery of our graduate recruitment programme, including, reviewing the current programme and working with key contacts to redefine the graduate programme.
- Building relationships with universities, student networks, and Summer of Tech.
- Coordinating and organising careers fairs, events, and application campaigns such as Summer of Tech.
- Managing application tracking, interviews, and communication with graduate candidates.
- Contributing to onboarding and early engagement activities to create a strong graduate experience.
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Review and assess current recruitment practices, templates, and communication workflows.
- Update and standardise recruitment documentation including but not limited to interview guides, process checklists, templates, and candidate communication.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend best practice changes to improve efficiency, consistency, and experience for all stakeholders.
- Support the development of a scalable recruitment toolkit that can grow with the business.
- Identifies and proposes opportunities for continuous improvement to HR recruitment systems and processes.

Policy and Procedures
- Maintenance of HR related wiki pages specifically with respect to recruitment administration and processes, keeping pages up to date with current information.
- Ensure excellent familiarity with recruitment policies and procedures, interpreting them in response to questions from employees and managers or directing queries to the appropriate HR team member as necessary.

About the Role:
The Architect / Consultant position is a critical leadership role within our integration consulting practice, specialising in MuleSoft and Solace technologies offered to our clients.
This role is responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, review, and ongoing enhancement of IT solutions delivered to clients. It also plays a key role in maintaining a sustainable pipeline of work for the practice, which includes participating in client-facing meetings, presentations, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
The Architect / Consultant will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing workloads and priorities. Leading a small team of developers, the role applies software architecture and development tools and techniques in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.
This position demands a high level of responsiveness to client requests, with work priorities largely driven by stakeholder needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the MuleSoft Practice Lead to align strategy with vendor roadmaps and ensure partnership requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the various teams across the business to identify new opportunities, support pre-sales activities, and drive growth through thought leadership in integration and cloud architecture.
- Manage project workloads, resources, and priorities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Participate in planning and stakeholder meetings, providing updates and technical feedback on solution feasibility.

- 8+ years’ experience as an Integration Architect and Senior Developer.

- Proven experience in Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) initiatives.
- Extensive background in MuleSoft solution design and implementation.
