Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist works alongside the HR team with a specific focus on recruitment and providing HR support as and when needed. This is achieved through providing superior delivery and timely recruitment service that supports all levels of the business and the achievement of the company’s business objectives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruitment and making continuous improvement in the delivery of recruitment. The successful individual will enjoy managing end-to-end recruitment, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Bringing structure, energy, and sourcing expertise, that ensures a high-quality candidate experience, helping us maintain our high hiring standards. About the Role:

The Architect / Consultant position is a critical leadership role within our integration consulting practice, specialising in MuleSoft and Solace technologies offered to our clients.

This role is responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, review, and ongoing enhancement of IT solutions delivered to clients. It also plays a key role in maintaining a sustainable pipeline of work for the practice, which includes participating in client-facing meetings, presentations, and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).

The Architect / Consultant will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively balancing workloads and priorities. Leading a small team of developers, the role applies software architecture and development tools and techniques in a dynamic, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment.

This position demands a high level of responsiveness to client requests, with work priorities largely driven by stakeholder needs and expectations.
