Trustpower, now operating its generation business as Manawa Energy, is one of New Zealand’s largest renewable-energy producers. With more than 40 hydro-electric power stations across 25 schemes nationwide, the organisation plays a critical role in supplying clean, reliable electricity to homes and businesses throughout the country.

The Problem

Thereafter, Adaptiv and Trustpower engaged in a 6-year partnership in which Adaptiv worked side-by-side with Trustpower to evolve and refine the integration landscape, transitioning services from Azure to MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, introducing API-led principles, and iteratively maturing the architecture as business needs and digital initiatives progressed.
