Check Eligibility & Apply

Submit your CV, cover letter, and answer a few questions so we can get to know you and your motivation. Please remember you must hold the right to work in NZ, have recently graduated or will be graduating in the next 3 – 6 months.

Online Assessment & Phone Interview

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to complete an online assessment and will also have a short phone interview with our Recruitment team. The online assessment will include a series of technical challenges to test your problem-solving ability, plus behavioural and scenario-based questions.

3.

Interview with Recruitment Team

Meet our recruitment team to talk through your background, skills, and aspirations and for us to share more about life at Adaptiv.

4.

Interview with Leadership

Have a conversation with members of our leadership team, where you’ll get the chance to demonstrate your potential and learn more about our vision and values.

5.

The Decision and pre-employment checks

Successful candidates will receive an offer to join Adaptiv’s Graduate Programme and begin their journey with us! Welcome to the team.
