Hello, Innovators!
Welcome to the 13th edition of our beloved Adaptiv Advantage. As we start the second quarter of 2024, we’re delighted to bring you fresh insights, successes, and developments from our team.
Revolutionising Knowledge Management with Advanced AI Technology
We’re excited to share some groundbreaking developments in our partnership with one of New Zealand’s leading universities, where we’ve harnessed advanced GPT technology to revolutionise the management of legal policies and procedures through conversational AI. This initiative has not only enhanced document accessibility and understanding but also opens up vast possibilities for organisations across the spectrum.
Innovative Breakthroughs and Achievements
Our journey unveiled the limitations of conventional ChatGPT-like solutions in real-world applications. Overwhelmed by demand, it became clear that a more resilient system was needed. Our solution, leveraging the synergies of OpenAI and Azure Machine Learning Prompt Flow, has set a new standard in AI implementation:
- Enhanced Data Control: Facilitating precise data source selection for the GPT model, ensuring both relevance and security by blocking unwanted internet access.
- Structured and Predictable Outcomes: With our methodical approach, we ensure consistent and dependable results, enhanced by extensive safety controls.
- Cost-Efficient Solutions: Moving away from seat-based pricing, our usage-driven model presents substantial cost reductions without sacrificing quality or capability.
Current Applications and Future Potentials
The current implementation focuses on general Q&A for policy documents, IP-related inquiries, and document summarisation. Looking ahead, we aim to expand the capabilities to include policy delegation details, identification of policy approvers, and bespoke document Q&A, all while maintaining a stringent audit trail and empowering both staff and students, especially power users.
We believe that this technology can revolutionise the way organisations manage and interact with their policy documents or knowledge resources, ensuring more efficient, accessible, and compliant processes.
